FOUNDER of I AM OILS and WELLBEING PRACTITIONER (online and in clinic)

Hello, I am Susanne.

I am a friend, mother, sister, daughter, wife, Kelpie owner, and love travel, flowers, movement, fresh air, and learning. 

My life long fascination with people, the human body, its brilliance, challenges, and  remarkable healing abilities has encouraged my love of learning. I am  fascinated how everything is connected. 

My qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Science in Human Services, a Diploma in Kinesiology, a Diploma in Aromatherapy, a Trauma-Informed Yin Yoga instructor, and a recent certification with the International Institute of EFT.

I have also completed studies in Nutrition,  Kinesiology Counselling and Mental First Aid. 

I studied and explored these various modalities while raising four beautiful, busy humans and weaved aspects of  my learnings  into our family life and saw so many profound benefits. 

During this time I have also worked as a part time practitioner,  and supported families with fears, phobias, anxiety, self-esteem and friendship issues. 

Now that my youngest is 17, I am excited to expand the time I spend in my clinic.  I am passionate about holistically supporting people as they navigate the emotional and sometimes overwhelming journey of raising children. 

I am also excited and ready to share the magic of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)  with as many groups as possible. Becoming certified in Clinical evidence-based EFT has changed how I want to work as a practitioner.

Often, we feel unsure about what to do with all these feelings. I recognise that life is a constant juggling act and that each day presents new challenges. I remember being a young girl, thinking no one understood. I also know what it felt like to be a busy, overextended, exhausted mum. 

My clinic is a nurturing space filled with compassion,  essential oils, crystals, a big comfy chair,  a listening ear and (of course) tapping!  A space for you or your child to feel safe to explore all emotions and experiences.

I also work via Zoom.
